Cancellation Policy – All cancellations must be done within 24 hours of the scheduled class time. If you have an emergency situation we will allow one late cancel per year without penalty.
Shoes – Please remove your shoes before entering the carpeted area of the studio. You may leave your shoes and other belongings in the welcome area. Pilates exercises are typically done with bare feet or wearing Pilates ToeSox with grips.
Cell Phones – Ringers must be off during class. If you need to take a phone call, please step into the other room.
Required Clothing – We recommend wearing fitted clothing during class. No zippers or buttons, as they may damage the leather surfaces and/or feel very uncomfortable against your body. Men – biker shorts is a good option to keep things under wraps.
Jewelry – Please remove all jewelry, including rings, bracelets, necklaces and long earrings. These items can become stuck in the machine or damage the equipment.
Payment Policy – Classes can be paid for via our website – Pandia Pilates Schedule unless you make arrangements with the owner or class instructor to pay by cash or check at the studio. You must email or call to let us know so we can manually enter you into the class to reserve your space.
Late Policy – If you arrive at the studio late and the class has already begun, please wait until the exercise that we are doing is finished before entering the room. If you are not warmed up, I recommend do a series of foot work to get the body moving before getting into a more involved position.
Refund Policy – We do not offer refunds for class packages. If you have a special circumstance we will allow you to transfer the package to another client.
A few other reminders:
- If you need to get changed at the studio, feel free to do that.
- We do have water available. It is a good idea to stay hydrated during class.
- No chewing gum during class
