  • Pandia is a full service, authentic Pilates studio specializing in whole body fitness. We offer group classes, semi-private and private instruction on traditional Pilates equipment: Reformer, Tower, and Chair.
  • Our goal is to make Pilates accessible and enjoyable to people of all ages, sizes and physical condition. We strive to inspire our members to achieve a healthier, happier and more fit lifestyle.
  • Our mission is to preserve the classic techniques and philosophy of the Pilates Method that was pioneered by Joseph Pilates, while complimenting the traditional exercises with a contemporary, modernized criteria. The focus is on a healthy, flexible, aligned spine, with a strong core and deep awareness of the breath and the musculature system. The Pilates method builds strength, stamina, balance, coordination, flexibility and stability.
